Our program is structured to serve Vermont’s affordable housing stock and people like you who live in those buildings. We determine if a project is eligible to receive our services based on the tenant’s income and/or rent levels.

No, the information you provide on your application will not be shared with your landlord. All of the information you share with us on your application remains confidential. We will simply let your landlord know if the application we received qualified their building to receive 3E services or not.

No, you are not required to complete the application, but there are many reasons it can be highly beneficial. See below for more details!

Your unit will retain heat more efficiently in the winter and cool air in the summer, making you more comfortable and lowering the amount of energy used. Not to mention, if you pay for utilities the services we provide will help to lower your utility bills.
